Only 2k to invest. Where to start?

I think you might be approaching investment from the wrong mindset. Investment is speculative. It is risky. You make your money by supporting a company while the rest of the world is still naysaying it. People getting into crypto expecting every single investment to pay out are deluded.

Regardless, the crypto gold rush is officially ON. Why are there so many new coins? Because the old fiat economy is trash and crypto is replacing it. A new economy needs new projects to cover a diverse new frontier. I invest in coins that serve a specific function in this new economy. Do they do something the world economy needs? Does Golem provide the potential for a worldwide supercomputer and would that be useful? Yes, so I make it rain on them.

Wagerr and Monaco fill some of the most vital roles in this new economy. The provide services that I think people will flock to when the time is right. I'm also invested (much less) in their competitors, because my gut tells me Wagerr and Monaco are the Blu-Ray to the competitors HD DVD.

Invest diversely and passionately in the direction your gut takes you. Expect some investments to fail. The one's that succeed... will make us billionaires. Good luck!
