The only keto I’m interested in is taquito

TLDR: don't want to be over or under weight? Calorie count, and calorie count EVERYTHING no "well that doesn't count?" Did you eat it? Because yeah it counts

While your body fat content is far from everything it is a massive portion of how easy it is for your body just to operate itself and having too much or too little does harm it.

Calories are the literal measure of energy you are putting into your body if you're trying to lose weight eat less calories than the average reccomended value for your age and sex, if you're trying to gain weight do the opposite.

This has been proven countless times, most notably by Professor Mark Haub who lost 27 pounds eating only Hostess treats, Doritos, and Oreos for 10 weeks. And not only did he lose weight his LDL (bad cholesterol) went down 20 percent and his Triglycerides (a type of fat) reduced 39%

This is not healthy eating but my point is that if your goal is to eat healthy to get back to a healthy weight (which is what most people are actually saying when they say they want to get healthier) your primary focus should be on calories in.

I personally don't eat stereotypically healthy foods but I'm 6'1 180 lbs of mostly muscle because I eat a reasonable amount of food and excercise (walking, jogging, lifting weights, excercise classes) for at least 2 hours a day, everyday.
