from this is seems that flu deaths are mostly elderly and/or people with underlying health problems.
flu is not a killer like HIV, it only kills people who aren't healthy, like the elderly.
HIV kills everyone who gets it.
There would be no reason not to if I trusted them and knew they took their meds consistently and regularly their viral loads measured as undetectable. There's no risk.
