Ontario gov't is developing a Housing Supply Action Plan (but consulting with you first)

The questions being asked shows how insincere this government is about actually consulting the public. They asked a bunch of questions that most people are simply not qualified to answer. How the fuck should I know how to streamline the process for development approval? Anything say would be meaningless.

How about don't fuck with the value of my home?!?!

I thought conservative government stayed the fuck out of the market??

Do they think they'll be re-elected if anything they do causes homeowners to lose value in their investment??

Why should people who managed to buy during the peak of the market and are already underwater on their mortgage be penalized any further??

Let's be honest, most first time home buyers are in a younger demographic that has repeatedly shown they don't usually vote anyways!
