Ontario to gradually loosen restrictions starting with indoor dining Jan. 31, sources say

You’re getting downvotes because you expect me to go out and buy a treadmill, to throw a power rack in my condo along with at least 300 lbs of plates, and an entire set of dumbbells at various weights. I also need to break my neck on a trash pull up bar apparently. I need an adjustable bench too. Am I turning my entire condo into a workout room? I’m supposed to spend 2000+ on workout equipment to save the 180 per year on my gym membership. When the equipment pays for itself in 11 years I’ll need new stuff.

Yeah, gyms get money from people who don’t show up. Wow, excellent worldly insight.

Some of us show up.

Also, no shit we are just numbers. Guess what you are to your grocery store? A number. Your barber? They may know your name, but they aren’t cutting your hair for free. List goes on. Am I supposed to not go to the gym because they make money?

How exactly are they limiting my time at my 24/7 gym? It’s limited now because of lockdowns obviously, but outside these restrictions?

You’re getting downvoted because your idea of us working out is a bosu ball and a few pushups.
