What punishment do you think is possible or legal?

Shelter in place is likely not possible. Weve avoided it so far but the charter as written doesnt give the government a ton of power over us.

Got banned in another community for linking to canlii on this but it is a good legitimate non biased legal source. Your government cant even actually ask you to not be mobile. It doesnt have the legal authority. It seems were more or less letting provincial laws go through court challenges in early phases of pandemic and maybe using a national plan later depending on how that works.

Unless we suspend the charter which we havent done yet and I believe needs to be done on a federal level there is a limited scope to how canadians can be enforced. I blame people more for doing shit.
