We can disagree, and that’s fine, but there is multiple sources that say this. And I have personally felt completely different after eating differently. I was a much, MUCH different person when I was younger, weighed almost 300 pounds, and ate like garbage. I had brain fog, I could eat like an entire pizza and chips and stuff, it just sucked and I sucked. I was moody and couldn’t even tell and I was not as good as I could have been. When I learned to eat right, as instructed by my doctor to help with my mental health, I got a lot better and healthier and kinder. It’s anecdotal but I’m not the only one. And I’m mentally ill & have been on both sides.
