Question | Answer |
---|---|
Where are you from? | Romania. |
What languages can you speak fluently? | Romanian (obviously) and English. I do know a little bit of French too, just enough to get around. |
What is your usual timezone? | GMT+2 |
Have you had previous experience as a mod inside or outside of reddit? | I've moderated a handful of small subreddits in the past (none on this account though). The largest one was counting about 1000 subscribers or so. |
What do you like the most about /r/europe? | The friendly community. |
Do you believe in working as a team or mostly working alone? | Teamwork for the win, always! |
In general, how would you evaluate /r/europe's rules? | I agree with most of the rules. One of the things I would like to change though are the "no memes/low-effort posts" rule. It's not the rule itself that I disagree with, but what is considered "low effort". I think that if it's relevant, somewhat serious and not too meme-y it should stay. |
What change would you make in /r/europe if you could? | The content people post, if that counts. |
Why do you want to join /r/europe's mod team? | I want to help. In any way, shape or form, that is. |
Do you think politically neutral moderation is achievable and/or desirable? | Unfortunately, we're all humans and I think that as much as one would want to be politically neutral in a professional stance, that's not possible. Unless you don't actually care about politics. |
