If the person lived forever, sure, but I’d bet the power output is so low over even 70 years that it wouldn’t be worth the infrastructure or investment.

For the toilet to be needing to flush every 2 mins, I’d guess the toilet starts with about half volume of water, and you’d want to flush before it gets 3/4 full to keep on top of it
with normal toilet volume being 1.28 gallon, 1/4 of that is 0.32 gallons of poop per 2 mins or 0.16 gal poop per min
24 hrs @ 0.16 gal per min = 230 gal poop per day
That’s 15 kWh per day assuming a rate of 0.16 gal/min
