Opening a dam gate after it was shut for many years

If the person lived forever, sure, but I’d bet the power output is so low over even 70 years that it wouldn’t be worth the infrastructure or investment.

Let’s do some math!
According to google, you need 15 gallons of water to produced one kWh

For the toilet to be needing to flush every 2 mins, I’d guess the toilet starts with about half volume of water, and you’d want to flush before it gets 3/4 full to keep on top of it

with normal toilet volume being 1.28 gallon, 1/4 of that is 0.32 gallons of poop per 2 mins or 0.16 gal poop per min

24 hrs @ 0.16 gal per min = 230 gal poop per day

That’s 15 kWh per day assuming a rate of 0.16 gal/min

The average US household uses 30 kWh per day
