Opening paragraph from one the best books ever written

I write a whole "mémoire" about radio novelization and how new medias create new forms of authors. Douglas Adams take a large place in: H2G2 was far more different than the original radio theater play and he's almost rewritten it entirely. It was his greatest success and his greatess curse. H2G2 totally deprive Adams of his writer carreer and he was extremely angered and sad for that: people wanted more and more H2G2 and no Dirk Gently and others. He ended with asevere depression about that, his editor locke him during two weeks in a hotel to help him. Adams believed than killed Marvin in So Long And Thanks For All The Fishs would probably stop his fans, but fuck no. This explain totally why everybody dies at the end of Mostly Harmless and why he have to excuse himself to his fans. He try later to rewrite a sketch of a story from another serie to ended properly H2G2 but die before (cosmic coincidence: a new asteroid was discovered and named Arthur Dent the day he die, but before anybody know it). The last novel And Another thing written by Cofler was inspired by the notes let by Adams befor his death.
