Our whole constitutional and Constitutional order is hanging by a thread to the very minimal extent it still exists, and will be swept away in due course, absent a QAnon Storm which I don't for more than a second believe will come, or a very long and drawn out fight that somehow stays within those bounds without, for example, devolving to the Modern Left's near inevitable greater amounts of violence.

Sure, the smaller states still controlled by Republicans will never ratify an Amendment which makes them irrelevant in President elections, but it's not at all clear that matters in the least. E.g. Florida is likely to turn permanently Blue in 2020 between the Puerto Rican refugees from the hurricane and the initiative that passed last November which gives more than 1 million felons the right to vote. Texas is inevitably going down from the immivation and widespread voter fraud, no matter how much the authorities still for the moment actually care about the latter. See how Republican Orange Country, California fell to "ballot harvesting" in weeks after the nominal election.

The Left's really unwise to try to limit the President's pardon power, one reason it exists is to allow a faction fight to end somewhat peacefully by pardoning the losers. If that's not an option, the winning side won't have much choice but to kill them all.
