Opinion: You don't have the right to complain if you also drive.

To clarify complaining:

This sub is now full of Karen's shouting through their windshields that their neighbors new car is so atrocious. Too big, too truck. Whatever. The air smells just as bad and is just as cancerous for me and everyone else on foot when she drives by as when her neighbor drives by in his atrocious car. I am not either talking about the infrastructure or structure we are subjected to, I'm talking about both. I can very much talk about both. I am being subjected to this environment because of you drivers, thank you.

It's beyond hypocritical and uncalled for when drivers complain about the negatives of a society that drives. By driving, you absolutely give up that right. If you wanna talk John Lockes theory of rights, let's do that too. The only reason governments can exist rightfully in the first place is because people can give up rights. In the state of nature (a non existent hypothetical), all rights are unalienable, but in the real world you absolutely give up the right to bitch about how much unnecessary space cars take up, about the pollution or about whatever other negative societal consequences your own actions are bringing to everyone.
