I am entitled and I’m not apologising for it. I was a long time Inbox user as were many and they’ve shuttered the app and told us to move to using Gmail. The feature is missing and it shouldn’t be.

Here’s a logical argument that I didn’t post because someone should be able to see it for themselves.

Ultimately it’s a UI discussion that could be solved by a good UI team. Just because it may confuse someone doesn’t preclude it from being developed and implemented. It’s a feature that adds value and was well lauded as a triage component of Inbox. I’m providing my feedback that it’s missed and impacts my usefulness of the Gmail experience.

I have no problems with people disagreeing as long as there is even a slight chance of common ground or respect for another’s point of view, or at least constructive feedback as to how else it could be done. You’ve done none of this.

I’m sure there’ll be another response from you but I’ll not respond again if you continue to argue without taking the above onboard.
