Damn, your critique touchs in something that I felt while digging this album. Jodeki lacks dissonance. I really like when weird and jarring things happens in music, because of that I am really into Modal jazz, prog metal and others styles of music loaded with high density of information and emotion, but this kind of music became their cliche and normal, you know? Like that mixed meter with odd time signatures riffs that the band always wrote. Like, their philosophy forces them to always do something new, so they made Jodeki, which goes against our vibe. This is just style, but, damn. We, thrill seekers got to find our cocaine in other places.
