Opinions wanted: What is the best delay pedal under $250.00?

Best is REALLy subjective but theres 1 or 2 maxon ad900's on reverb for a little over 200. I've been thinking about getting another. It doesnt offer lots of extras but it can be modded by mike at analogman for some extra control but as far as analog delays go it's kind of king of the hill. Its repeats are eq'd to sit behind what you are playing so that it doesnt try to control what you are playing, if you know what I mean. It can do a really awesome sound not unlike a faux spring reverb sound with really low time and 5 or 6 repeats or it's long delay times just sit in the background and can build up to a beautiful pad to play over. It is the only pedal format delay I've ever used that can compete with an ep3 in terms of headroom and fidelity but it doesnt have a ton of filtering so it can be a bit noisy at maximum settings and possibly introduce clock noise but in almost no applications would you need the delay level maxed out so thats rarely any issue and a very small one in comparison to how great the delay sounds and feels. The only other pedal format delay I've had that has the right feel/sound/headroom I look for in a delay is the boonar which is also fantastic but probably more money. The ad900 will never become congested and reach the threshold of its headroom and clip due to too much signal driving the input either which is a pet peeve of mine in most analog delays.
