Then why don't you cite these so called contradictions? You saying them doesn't mean anything.
About embryology, its actually pretty inaccurate. embryos aren't blood clots in the beginning, nor are flesh formed after bones (and before u come for me, thumma means after in arabic, its my language). Even your homebois are tired of this argument, look at Hamza Tzortis as an example.

Human fetal development:
During the end of the second week, an egg is released from an ovary.
During intercourse, sperm enter the vagina after the man ejaculates. The strongest sperm will travel through the cervix (the opening of the womb, or uterus), and into the Fallopian tubes.
This is nutfa. As said elsewhere in the Qur'an nutfaten tumna in surat al-najm (an egg that is fertilized with a sperm), tumna is verb form of mani meaning sperm.
The zygote spends the next few days traveling down the Fallopian tube. During this time, it divides to form a ball of cells called a blastocyst.
Once the blastocyst reaches the uterus, it buries itself in the uterine wall.
This is 'alaqa, literally meaning what attaches.
Week 5 is the start of the "embryonic period." This is when all the baby's major systems and structures develop.
This is mudgha. When the embryo starts development, but before differentiation where it still looks like something that's been chewed up.
