In order to pay my council tax online I need my 9 digit account number, my entire address, my full name, my email address and work out what my monthly payment should be

I live in a flat where sometimes my post would get picked up by neighbours who are just those types to somehow have two weeks worth of your post because you live your life and keep to yourself while they make as much noise as they like whenever they like and decide to be passive aggressive at the fact you live and breath whilst they're trying to wreak havoc and make excessive noise, and pick fights with other neighbours.

One day, I received a letter from the council stating that I had to pay my entire yearly council tax by the very day I received the letter, due to ignoring their past three letters that I never received. Who knows who had the letters, I wouldn't put it past my neighbours or the council. I got back home to find the letter with hours to spare and they were threatening legal action, and were closed. At least we got that letter, and at least we put money aside for exactly that sort of thing. Would have been nice a day earlier. Or you know, a phone call right after the first two.

This is the norm for graduates but its still gutting.
