Oregon principal posts video stating bullied kids ‘tend to annoy people’

In high school, a friend of mine (let’s call her Allie) got a picture of her taken in a hallway and I watched as the girl who took the picture walked away and showed her friends, who all started to laugh and make fun of her nose. I walked up to them and confronted them, and Allie’s mom got involved with the administration, who had Allie go in and write a statement. The bully bragged about how she didn’t get punished, and the mom called the school back, who assured her that all the witnesses had been spoken to - a blatant lie, since the three witnesses she listed (me, Allie’s sister, and another friend) had never been called into the office. Apparently my school’s zero tolerance policy didn’t apply to cyber bullying, bullying with evidence, parent interference, and that they thought it’d be fine to lie if the issue didn’t seem to be worth their time.
