With the warping power, to what extent do they need to know what a location looks like? I have a similar power in my book, kind of. A person can travel to any time and place, provided they've been to their end location before. So my story is set in the future (half of it, at least). If a character wants to travel to Europe, for example, they can, but only through a location they've been in in Europe. Wanna go to Rome but you've only been to a restaurant in Paris? Gotta transport to that restaurant in Paris and make the rest of the trip another way. Anyway, that's only semi-related. Back to your power, how much of the place do they have to be able to recall?
