Deathwing Terminators are considered incredibly powerful right now (quite possibly over powered) and it's an effect that is exaggerated even further in small scale games. Your army list is a force multiplication of that so it's incredibly hard to come up with effective counters. There are a few units like Mek Gunz, weirdboyz, Mek with Shokk attack gun, Deff Dreads with Dread klaws that might help but it's not an easy ask to beat that list.

Realistically though you probably want to bring a less efficient army if you want an enjoyable friendly game and leave the meta list at home at least until Orks get an updated codex. Fighting an army of models that is mostly 4+ minimum to wound, 2+ armour save, 6+ shrug with 3 wounds that can be resurrected when killed isn't much fun.
