At least to me , A mechanic which no one is assigned but will wipe the raid if done wrong while being a core mechanic that more then 3/4 of the raid would deal with.

I would not define a plasma discharge because even if the individual fucks up the group can also just move out , no harm no foul.

I would define a mechanic like ghun pillars pre nerf as a personal mechanic requires 6 soaks all over the map randomly and soakers cant soak twice in a row. You can't assign people to soak because rng of locations + 4 runners at a time. If one raider wants to pad , not paying attention , lazy thats a mc and pretty much a wipe since not alot of guilds on first kill will kill it without rezzes.

Vectis puddles are diffrent imo because theres less then 20 , so not everyone has to soak. You can soak multiples with personals , and there is no limit to how many you can soak in 1 round. You could easily have a handfull of people carry this mechanic.

I guess thats my hottake on a raid wide personal responsibility mechanic vs a normal mechanic.
