Our responsibility as veteran SMITE players: Newbies

I do understand the word irony - it's not applicable here. The word toxic is, in reference to you. I didn't say toxicity came from nowhere - it comes from players like you. Here was your comment, that I replied to:

"I don't want them to be a part of my version of the community. Those are the kind of people that weigh on the very veterans that try to teach you how to play properly. Our kindness has limits."

This is toxic bullshit, plain and simple, both the content and the sentiment. The fact that I decided to challenge you is not. It's like you're coming down from on high to people with this commentary, and it's not helpful. There are kinder people to learn from than you - why would anyone want help from you with the attitude you put forward - how dare the wrong player be put in your game or queue! I told you to get over yourself, and I called you a toxic troll for the comment. I didn't go into the attack mode you have, which really only shows you aren't as solid in your position as you might have us think.

There's also another thread debating Meditation and it's usefulness, and it's pretty divided, so I think your original point is moot anyway. Stop expecting things of other players, trying to 'teach them' and focus on your own game.
