'Out of Business/Kelly's World' discussion

Was it really necessary to bring Kelly into this? For Tom, I understand. His ultimate arc is letting go of Star, which he still hasn't really done yet. When starco becomes canon Tom will bets his emotions and move on, something he has been striving to do since BMB.

But why Kelly? Can't she just enjoy herself in peace like Janna or something? All of these new relationships are going to probably rush the ending when they try to resolve Globgor, Tomstar, Kellco, all while making Starco cannon in the series finale or something. There's no way they can do all of that in a few episodes.

I'm fine with Kellco or Starco, but I feel like at this point they should have picked some pairings and moved on. But it's obvious Starco will become cannon, and I don't like the direction this is heading because of that. It just feels like we're going to get another Samurai Jack style finale. They might make it work, but with one-off episodes like Out of Business still happening, I have my doubts.
