Out of the following groups: Core, Base, Hybrid, Occult, and Alternate classes; in your opinion, what is the single most powerful class (from theses groups) at level 20? And why?

In the right hands, a wizard is a better wizard.

Psychic Asylum and Fast Study allow the wizard to prepare his spells per day as a swift action. The cherry on top being, he doesn't even need access to his spellbook, just that he's perused it in the prior two weeks.

With the right school power, he can pump up his initiative to an insane degree, essentially ensuring that he can act first in combat. He can cater his list to whatever challenge presents itself, and will probably have the knowledge skills to be able to identify the vulnerabilities of monsters he encounters at a glance.

I'm giving this to the wizard.
