Out of frying pan into the fire???

To be fair, I'm a pj and tank girl, very low maintenance, total geek/nerd/tomboy and when I had DD I said no pink bows or super girly crap. Did anyone listen? Pfft. No.

Honestly some of her greatest photos and her most adorable moments were/are in those hideously pink, puffed, tangled skirts of tulle, and lace. Obviously, I won't torture her for long (lol, she doesn't mind) but I did a 180 because of that adorable overpriced crap. (I didn't buy it so whatever). You might want a couple lying around for photos because they're adorable AF! Baby made me ascend(descend?) to a hormonal level that was girly as hell and she doesn't have to wear them, but they are cute photo ops. I'm not saying you'll love them, but you know they'll buy it anyway so choose the least offensive incase you get an inkling later.

I'm sorry that you're dealing with this, there should be a handbook pregnant woman get called, "Congratulations! You're Pregnant: How to Deal with the Ridiculous Expectations of Others and How to Juggle Their Feelings While Being Uncomfortable and Hormonal AF." Then after birth they should send one home titled, "Fuck off: I'm Exhausted, Hungry, Emotional and This is MY Baby, Not Yours." I think it would save lives, or sanity.

Just remember, it's your baby, you make the decisions, you're in charge.
