As I was telling another person, when I was a younger I used to work in CS at a retail store, and once in awhile we get some stupid customer with some sort of BS (They try to scam us and make a fuss when caught, try to steal, being loud or drunk...) If I had handled those idiots the same way this nutjob driver handled this customer, I would have have lost my mind long ago and ended in an asylum.

Still however, sometimes you might be in a situation where you or someone else are in an immediate danger, and you might need to physically retaliate to protect yourself or someone else. I have not been in such scenario, but a past coworker of mine has when someone pulled a knife on them. My coworker knocked them out with a punch to the head... and rightly so.

This scenario with the woman however was nothing like that. She just may or may not have been douche (still need more context on this story) The woman was not physically assaulting the driver, or threatening to snap their neck. And even if she was, having that mental meltdown would not have resolved this.

That's my point, rage and yelling accomplishes nothing when you're interacting with customer, except maybe hurt you.
