Outside Ellingson

I’ve done the intake process with CCAPs twice, the most recent time this September, it took me a month each time to get in initially but after that I was in the next week and the week after that and the week after that. I agree, it’s slow and less than ideal but it is not as bad as the two or three month timeline I’m seeing reported here. Once you’re in they try hard to help. They also have emergency hours and endless resources for people who are suicidal or in crisis. It’s easy to just place blame on them but they are doing the best with what they have and set aside time specifically for people unable to wait the one month intake time.
