I hope we get a comic or something that shows Mei finally contacting/meeting Winston, I'm looking forward to that interaction!

Having said that, this is probably my least favourite short. It was still good, but since this short was more emotional (what with 6 deaths and all) I feel like they could have used more silent and heavy moments when she finds out people died. Instead a lot of it felt way too cheesy and took me out of the emotion of the short. (I really like that scene with the hot mugs on her friends' cryostasis pods and the weight of her loss and mourning can be felt, I wish there were more silent moments like that when she founds out they/Snowball died.)

I also find it strange that Mei's voice acting is excellent in the game, but lacking in this short. I feel like she could have been given better direction to hit those more emotional/sad moments (or even better lines since a lot of it was too cheesy). Other than that she was great!

Also, a bit of inconsistency in the writing... but how come Mei didn't know or use the fact that Snowball is solar powered? She could have gone outside and used him as a battery to power a laptop, get the message, say farewell to her friends, then leave. As is, Snowball's 'death' is unnecessary (just to pull on heartstrings) and Mei's reaction felt too over the top when she should know he's fine. (It also makes her look kind of stupid for seeming like she doesn't know he'lol be fine, which contradicts the fact that she's an incredibly intelligent scientist. Maybe they could have had a brief moment were they argue about it, as Mei doesn't want to risk potentially losing him like everything else, and Snowball sacrifices himself anyway or something?)

I am a little disappointed with this short... but hopefully I'll like the next one more.
