Overwatch, is anyone else experiencing brief freezing?

Solution found:

My motherboard has an integrated GPU which I left enabled in case I needed to boot without dedicated GPU.

Windows 10 wallpaper slideshow transitions can also change theme color if set to auto. A recent Windows 10 update causes the OS to put the dedicated GPU on idle while it hands to task of theme switching to the integrated GPU, overriding apparently nVidia and even DisplayFusion from what I read.

Normally, you can disable automatic theme switching to solve the micro lag. But in my case, I wanted to keep using the feature so I disabled the integrated GPU instead. Either way, issue instantly solved.

I've had a few Windows 10 quirks I've lived with until they were patched. Hopefully this one will be too. Also like to see a fix for resetting of explorer windows when the theme changes.
