Ill be the one to be down-voted into oblivion for my... less than great advice. :) This game is a sandbox so you have to do what amuses you. Hop in a T1 frig and set a destination to the middle of bum f*** you got a purty mouth NS. See how far you can make it, hell you might even be able to pick off a couple people not paying attention.

My personal favorite is to get pretty drunk and start picking fights with people. I don't mean just yelling at them or whatever but purposefully just following someone. Try and kill them every chance you get if you feel like it. Spend HOURS following this shmuck in something cloaky. Even if you have no intentions of killing them just screw with them. Tackle/point them until their friends show up. Once you see friends on D-scan just fly away and cloak. Or just keep bumping people on every gate. Even silly things like un-cloaking at 100k from them a few times. Will cause them to be paranoid and bat phone others. You now have single handedly created content for the shmuck you have been stalking but 10 of his friends!

Once you start doing this in LS and NS they will realize that they have been targeted. Beauty of not being in a WH is you get local chat. So they KNOW you are there and continue to give you opportunity for content. Yes, it usually ends with angry people on the other end but sometimes turns into something magical.

1v1 dueling outside of stations. Someone dropping a carrier on your little Stratios because they find it hilarious(I'm still pretty noob so seeing carriers is a big deal to me). Trash talking each other while you try to kill each other. If you get into some of the REALLY silly situations you may even cause small fights between people. I have been chased by 1 group into another group and they ended up fighting each other while I sat there laughing and wishing I had a SB to bomb all of them.
