Some pain in nads after squats/deadlift, hoping it’s not a hernia. Hopefully just blue balls due to too much thinking about sex and not enough doing it.
Friendship: Old friend in recovery resurfaced, then immediately disappeared again. No telling with him, I guess. Praying God will help him in the meanwhile. Been getting ahold of some old friends electronically, but need to find some more live human friends soon.

After my friend in recovery resurfaced, and we had a lengthy discussion about some of his spiritual experiences, I awoke in the night again, roused by intense dreams. I immediately realized that I am off-balance spiritually because of my relationship with Plate, and not ready for real spiritual warfare.
Friend is addicted to heroin, but Plate and I are addicted to dopamine. None of us is seriously relying upon God. Asking Jesus to help us.
Family
Daughter 2 (15yo) is out of the hospital (for bulimia), but I have not seen her yet. She is out of town with her mom (wife #1). Supposedly she is doing better, and wife #1 is trying to get her into see the right specialists. Unfortunately, she is also trying to use it to get custody, child support, etc. Other three girls doing well.
Marriage
Still low volume of interactions, but the ones we have are pleasant and sexy. Ramping up to sex date next week.
Financial:
Budget coming together after transition to new living arrangements. Doesn’t actually look too terrible. But this is mainly because 1) grandma is still providing childcare, and 2) wifa’s student loans payments are still deferred
On vacation from my work and my intolerable foreman. Other options appear to be slim, though, so probably have to go back for more abuse after new year. I have come to suspect that in America, legal marriage and fatherhood are worse sins than fornication.
Goals:
Last week:
1) Make arrangements for PIV date with wifa DONE
2) Continue to make progress on lifts, especially deadlift DONE
This week:
1) PIV wifa
2) Finish Isaiah 53
3) Keep lifting, keep an eye on injury
4) Pray for friend’s return
