[PA] A sharply projecting curb that is not visible from inside of a vehicle resulted in damage to my bumper.

I understand your point about "hitting a stationary object", but I will reiterate that the stationary object is a) not visible at any point in time (I have pictures and a video demonstrating this - you literally can't see it) and b) it projects so far out into the entryway lane that even if I could see it, I would have to be in the wrong lane in order to avoid it. I have pictures and videos of this too demonstrating that, even if the curb was visible, I would have to be driving in the opposite lane and I have a picture showing that another vehicle is unable to get past me in that lane if I am far enough over to miss the invisible curb.

The curb itself is basically shaped like a mathematical exponential curve where the straight part is right at the entrance to the parking lot before making a sharp, drastic curve out into the middle of the driving lane. The way I see it, this curb is a road hazard. It is not visible to the extent that most vehicles hit it, hence the extensive damage and tire marks to the curb, and on top of that it projects so far into the right lane that it forces you to drive in the opposite lane in order to miss it (provided you even know it's there).
