Drop a note in your box asking the carrier about it. Maybe they put it in a parcel locker and forgot to give you the key, wrong box like you're saying. If you don't get a response (i.e. it's now in your box) go to the post office. Your tracking number does show it got delivered though right? The PO can get all the info from the tracking number, address, weight, scan locations, etc.

USPS Pro Tip: if you want to get the mailman's attention, tape a dollar bill to the note. We will definitely notice it but won't take the money cause it's probably the Postal Police setting a trap. LOL.

Seriously though, tape it to your box door so it pulls out when he opens it and doesn't just toss more mail on top of it. Sometimes we (I) get in a daze, especially in the cluster boxes.
