Pagan Simple Living

However I do find paying attention to and celebrating the natural cycles of the earth, the seasons, the moon cycles, and how life grows and decays immensely fulfilling. I see these things through a scientific lens and respect logic and reason above all.

Wouldn't the logic be, if these things exist in nature there must be a creator of some sort?

loosely celebrate pagan festivals like Yule, Beltane, and Samhain?

A quick search shows that these festivals honor gods or associated with rituals to supernaturally help protect cattle etc. I'm assuming that you mean that you take part in the culture surrounding these events but don't believe in the gods or rituals associated with them actually do anything.

I think ritual is important and being a witch helps me connect with this essential part of humanity without subscribing to the dogmatic beliefs of organized religion or of the supernatural beliefs of the occult

It seems that you believe in something, but not clearly defined what it is.
