I paid over $400 for a resume rewrite...no interviews after nearly 2 months. Pls help :(

Dude I was right up your alley. The problem with these services is that they make it look pretty, but your resume still needs your input to make it good. For example, they essentially write a really good template, but you need to make sure your responsibilities are filled out properly. Each bullet point must have a starting action verb, a detailed explanation of the task and a metric that helps them see the impact of your accomplishments. For example:

"Designed robust machine learning algorithm which achieved an astonishingdistinct behavior pattern matching of 95% accuracy of our meeting bottle and wine end of line process."

"Led a talented group of applications specialist whom were tasked to improve overall sales by 22% and ended with a record 38% improvement in sales for the quarter"

Another thing most commonly do is think they need a summary and that is just wasted space on a resume you can use to show off your accomplishments. Unless you're just getting out of school, you don't need one. Use your work experience area to display that.
