Paid staffers were on hand to cheer for Trump at his press conference.

The faith-based position is the false belief in an objective press.

So the only two options are 'completely objective press' or 'literally all journalists hate conservatives and just lie to make them look bad because they're all just mouthpieces for the DNC'? That's the dumbest thing I've read all day.

You need to realize that 'the media' is a conglomeration of hundreds of individuals, not one cohesive brain. There is no such thing as unbiased media, period. Every media source you've ever read has been biased. That's life. If your complaint is that all of the MSM is liberally-biased, that's because reality has a liberal bias. Nobody is obligated to agree with you or support your ridiculous political beliefs, including the media. They're obligated to factually report information (although, as we all know, that information will be biased when it's reported).

Nobody should be getting their news from a single source, which is why bias should be far less of a concern than it seems to be for so many people. Bias isn't a problem if you're getting your news from as many sources as possible, which will allow you to overcome those biases and get to the truth of a story.

If you think media bias is somehow a new problem that's going to eventually disappear under the Trump presidency, I have a bridge to sell you.
