Looks like the filesystem has become corrupted, that's caused by power outages, forced reboots and hard shutdowns in the majority of cases, that could be a sign on a dying drive and RAM fault as well.

To perform a filesystem integrity check you need to do the following:

• Press Win + X and choose: command prompt (admin), write this command chkdsk /f /r and press enter, it will tell you that the drive is in use blah blah blah, type Y and press enter, now restart your computer.
• Don't touch anything, let the counter go to zero and begin to do the checking, depeding on disk size, type, status and usage that could take several hours, let it do it's job, the computer will boot normally after the process end.

Some system files could still be corrupted after the filesystem mess, you need to check them by doing the following:

• Press Win + X and choose: command prompt (admin), write this command sfc /scannow , it will start the checking, it shouldn't take more than 30 mins, after finishing it will show a briefing of what it has done, restart your computer then.

The problem shouldn't be anymore after doing this, be sure to check the disk health with Crystal Disk Info just in case.
