Paleo way of breaking water fast

Keeping in mind that everyone is different and I can only give you my own experience... I've broken a bunch of 48 hour and several 72 hour water fasts with asparagus, spinach, heavy cream, eggs, chicken, avocado, onion, pita bread, cashews, walnuts and yogurt (roughly in that order), never had any problems.

I'm not strictly familiar with paleo of what it entails but I definitely don't break a fast with juices or fruit. I go straight from fasting to feasting no prob. Often with a lot of Sriracha thrown in there too.

Your mileage may vary of course but if there is a reason to be careful it'll probably be a personal reason rather than some general "you can't do that" type of 'rule'.

(I will note the first couple of times that a broke a 48 hour fast with a sudden feast as listed above, I did get some sudden.. calls of nature.. that I had to take care of right after eating. However those cleared up by my third cycle and have not happened again, so I take them as my body getting used to what I'm doing.)
