This is definitely a game of Pass the Blame. And given that, it makes one curious about the origin of all these recent stories that get posted to this subreddit and others that focus on holding China accountable. While I agree that China's response should be investigated and they should be held accountable on the world stage eventually, it feels strange to me that so many people on the Internet are so focused on this one less urgent aspect while the pandemic is still ongoing.

That being said, I understand that a lot of people are angry right now and want somebody to blame, so I suppose it's possible that China is just making a good pinata for them to beat on and feel better.
