Someone here is lying. And I don't mean "mistaken", I mean intentionally misleading people.
In Marcos video, his first example shows 4 frames of an identical image being shown in the playback. The accusation video only shows one of these frames with no repeats when they review it in software.
Having reviewed the original clip, and Velm's viewing of the clip at 0.25x speed, it clearly shows a brief stutter in the middle of the flick. You can clearly see this on Velm's video when he shows the clip, especially since it can be played at a total of 1/8th speed (Velm's slow down + Youtube slow down). This stutter is gone, however, when he shows it frame by frame.
The only reason for this mismatch has Velm edited it out. It's as simple as that.
I might take the time later to provide more examples, but this one alone should call into question Velm's legitimacy.
