panic attacks at work

Yeah. Although a lots been happening lately. Things have changed or got worse every few days.

Problem is, my family are causing a lot of my issues and aren't being that supportive. My dad recently got married but I didn't go for several reasons. And I don't have that many friends because after graduating I managed to get this job quite quickly. But I was thrown in at the deep end and ended up working relatively long hours so was tired at home and still had to do research at home to stand a chance of doing my job properly. So had no time to socialise and didn't have any friends from school/uni nearby.

At work, the first lot of changes made things worse as I seemed to have nearly as much to do (just different things to before) but in less hours. But now with the second lot of changes, it seems manageable. But I'm still anxious.

I work at a college, so when the students finish lessons and start revision my workload will naturally decrease anyway. And then I get 5 weeks off in the summer. So I was trying to just soldier on until the half term (when I thought i could relax but family crap happened that week which i wasn't expecting). But then threw up due to stress and a couple of other things/thoughts happened, at which point I saw my dr.
