I honestly have an hard time understanding the problem and think your conclusion is a set of assumptions that assume the worts out of people, even bordering mysandry.

Has a man I've been directed about my attire for as long as I worked for others and never really saw a problem with it, like it was a common request to appear in suit, to only wear plain dark colored socks and specific colours of ties and I certainly never had an interviewer jack one off out of it, such idea never even crossed my mind... until now, that is.

To assume that it has a sexual motive is a bit of a stretch, at worst (imo) the boss is picky about the image his employees have and what ends up representing the company. Like, would you have a problem with any uniform? They are very micro managed outfits too, you know.
