Paramedics of reddit, what's the most fucked up thing you've witnessed while attending an incident?

My dads a cop, but still has some interesting stories so I’ll share!!

1.) He arrived at the scene of a car accident. Driver (and older lady) was DOA and he had to keep the area guarded as others took care of the accident. He was randomly approached by a man who asked if there was a way for him to help locate his wife as she hasn’t answered her phone all day. It was her in the accident. Crazy how the universe made that happen, but it’s the one story I still get chills about to this day.

2.) Had a worker get mad at his boss so he decided to run over him with one of those road roller machines. My dad arrived to bones sticking out of the ground. Quite chilling he said.

3.) I’m born & raised here in vegas so he has worked here for many many years. He was there for the October 1 shooting and said it was something unlike anything he’ve ever seen, obviously. His good friend was the first person to enter the room of the shooter and when my dad later went up he saw the body of the shooter, weapons, all of it. Said nothing he did was sophisticated enough for the theories conspiracy people put out. Just a psycho who committed a heinous act.
