Paranoia.

Are Asian male struggles actually real or am I just making shit up? Am I just whining? Is anything I believe in actually justifiable or am I irrationally bullshitting myself? Am I seriously apart of a hidden social/racial war or am I being too biased?

This is really the key here of the issue, and really the closest thing to understanding the source of internalized "house-nigger" racism.

The question here is a conflict between two narratives, and your conscious mind is in conflict because of it.

The first narrative is the narrative of white society, which says that Asian men have the exact same opportunities as white men, and that we are "honorary whites", and that any Asian men that do not succeed sexually and socially should only blame themselves and not society. That everything that places the blame solely on Asian men themselves.

This does not mean that society does not create unfavorable circumstances for Asian men, but simply that your suffering and loneliness WILL RECEIVE NO PITY from white people, the social narrative, and society at large.

The second narrative is the narrative you have created because of the experiences of your life, and your own conclusions based on this. It does not matter what we write, if none of it resonates with your own personal experience, then you cannot possibly believe what we say. Therefore, it must be that the experiences which you have had in life have led you to some conclusions, and the result is these conclusions are completely different from the first narrative.

You have been conditioned since birth to believe in the first narrative, and the first narrative has all the characteristics of what house niggers, or the servant class believes. If you read about the psychology of house slaves, or house servants, etc, you will find many similar characteristics.

There's many different ways the first narrative is reinforced, and everything from using shaming language (you are lazy, you are a loser if you blame society, don't complain, etc), to ridicule (you are just blaming your race because you are a loser, etc). The result is that you are absolutely GUARANTEED to receive only NEGATIVE REINFORCEMENT when you voice anything against the first narrative, and over time, you SELF-CENSOR yourself. So what you are experiencing is first, conclusions and thoughts drawn from person experience, and the self-censorship of those thoughts by the narrative society has forced on to you.

It's a bit more nuanced than this, but that's how it basically is. Here's a run down of each of your individual thoughts.

Are Asian male struggles actually real or am I just making shit up?

Who have told you that the Asian male struggle ISN'T REAL? And was it in their sexual advantage to keep you deceived?

Am I just whining?

Feminists and black people whine all the time, and they get what they want. Whining is a perfectly effective strategy if you have something that is valuable to society (pussy).

Who would tell you you are "whining" if you voiced what you have written here for them? Do they say it's "whining" because they genuinely because it is not true? Or is it because they have no sympathy for you, your suffering, your existence, etc?

Is anything I believe in actually justifiable or am I irrationally bullshitting myself?

You can doubt yourself, but you cannot doubt history. Read some history.

Am I seriously apart of a hidden social/racial war or am I being too biased?

Again, read some history. Read about Columbus and the Amerindians, read about the British Raj, read about the Opium Wars. Read about "the real" social/racial wars of history, and then see if you can draw any connections to them.

Above all, what you are experiencing is a conflict between logic and emotion. Logic, your own personal experience, and drawing conclusions, versus emotion, the dominant social narrative of society, and one's instinctive fear and need to conform to in IN THOUGHT as well as action.

In time you should be able to see things more clearly, and be freed from this, but it will be a difficult journey.

Who have told you how society and life works, and did they really have your best interest at heart? The dominant social narrative is created by white men, they have no pity or sympathy for Asian men.
