I just can’t get past the wanting to know what time and when I’ll be home I literally hate that question.

It's a normal question that SOs, friends and even parents ask..... Do you have the same issue with other people?

He then turned it around on me and said that his ex used to not be clear about a time and then go f**k another guy behind his back so there’s the background of that I’ve been trying in therapy, I’m on 2 different medications for my anxiety and I guess I’m just a stubborn nut to crack I appreciate your response and help!!

I mean okay, it might be that he's insecure as well. Looks like you both need to sit down and find a compromise. You both shouldn't enable the other one.
