Parents of 2 under 2 - are there any regrets?

Mine are 17 months apart, as someone else said as long as everyone is fed, changed, and loved, be easy on yourself and prepared for some other things, such as house cleaning to not be a priority for a while.

It’s really hard at first ( I mean, I’m only 6w in), but it’s getting easier each day. I LOVE seeing how excited my toddler is everyday to see her sister, grab me diapers, help pay her back for burping, etc… it’s quite adorable.

That said, we did have my MIL stay with us for almost the first full month, so that was really helpful. She would get up with the toddler and play with her.

My husband also WFH with a flexible schedule so he’s almost always here to help. He also has done pretty much all the laundry, most of the dishes, grocery shopping, and house cleaning too.

Having help really made this transition less stressful. My mom lives close too and helps as well.

If you have a “village” who can help, take it.
