Parents angry at menstrual cup

Look, I agree that moving out should be strongly considered, but folks on Reddit do tend to jump to “end this relationship now!” with (seemingly) very little thought as to the emotional and financial struggle that is involved in that decision, as well as to the possibility that the other people being discussed are not as bad as this one situation makes them seem. We have no idea if they’re supportive in other ways, not just financially but emotionally as well. And I’m sorry, but this is real life, financial support for a few years can go a long way to a lifetime of financial independence. Sometimes it’s OK to suffer through your parents’ crap if it means a better life in a few short years.
