I'm not sure I made this clear. They want to transfer the title of the rental to me (as there is no mortgage on it) as the home itself is perfect in size and location.

As for a bigger home. I guess I meant bigger lot. Currently in a new build makes it cramped. We would be downsizing substantially (currently reside in a 3000sqft home) into either a bungalow or a smaller single on a larger property. This is something I would want in the future as well, but not attainable by myself.
