Party advice for new PotD turn based playthrough

I'm about 20 hours(7 level) in first playthrough PotD turn based and i can't give advice since I don't have enough knowledge, but I'd like to share my experience so far and maybe get some tips from more competent players. So this is what I use for now: 1. My main is pure wizard and i find him very usefull. 2. I chose priest/monk for Xoti and atm not sure if it was good choice. But she does her job with buffs and deal some damage, so that's fine i guess. Also I don't understand what's the point of her weapon if fists are so much better. 3. Eder tanks as a fighter and does his job fine. 4. Serafen is witch and i find him pretty weak at dealing damage. Perhaps he gets better with levels or I'm using him wrong. I've tried dual wielding axes, that was just sad. 5. Aloth is Spellblade and while his defensive buffs are great and all can be casted in 1 turn without losing action, his damage is pretty low too. Maybe he needs better weapons or his stats are just bad for this build, no idea. I found that accuracy is the best stat in turn based since every miss means you wasted your turn and you miss A LOT on potd. Hopefully someone could give an advice on to how to deal with misses. Overall last time i checked stats of my group my main dealed around 20k+ damage while others did around 5k each which is dissapointing. I was thinking of switching Serafen and Aloth with new companions as soon as I meet them, not sure.
