No but I'll take a crack at it. This is almost definitely a hotel room - you can see the luggage stand behind the dresser. And if it had been someone's bedroom, I'd say this could be anytime between 1965 and 1990, but because it's a hotel room, the decor is going to be relatively contemporary which in combination with the two modes of dress plus the oddly shaped beer cans (non-aluminum or early aluminum design), I'd say it is mid-1970s. Those two women basically dress exactly like my grandma - the orange pants suit and wig... hell that could BE my grandma. So considering that there is considerable alcohol on that table, and this is a private hotel room, I'm going to say this was either a family reunion or an after party from a wedding or bar mitzvah, and all these people are related. Auntie Lightweight probably got sauced at the event, and then overdid it in the room... now she's pressing a cold beer to her head and starting to enter a world of pain, but Cousin Chesthair is just getting started. In about ten minutes, he's gonna grab another cousin or two and see if he can find anyone who will sell him some cocaine so he can keep partying all.. night... long... but he won't find anyone and instead the cousins will end up at a dive bar somewhere on the wrong end of town, and get into a fistfight with some locals before stumbling to bed just before dawn. And then Cousin Chesthair will miss the family breakfast... AGAIN.
